The heated indoor space keeps everyone comfortable through Maine’s colder months, while the surrounding countryside offers a beautiful backdrop for photos. Can we do potluck?
How much does a micro wedding at Meadow Ridge Farm cost?
No. Any food provided to guests must be from a licensed catering company.
Our seasonal one-day Loft rental is $2,500 for weddings of 50 guests or fewer, held November through early May. The rental includes the space, tables, chairs, and a round ceremony arbor. Food, bar service, officiant services, lodging, and other vendors are separate.

How much does a private chef cost?
Private chef options range from approximately $30–$100 per person, depending on your menu and meal style. Options can include substantial appetizers or a sit-down dinner. Ask us for details and pricing for your group.
What is the timeframe?
For a one-day only event, you'll have access to the Loft from 10am - 10pm; cleanup must be complete by 11pm. You can add time the day before/after (if available) for an additional charge.
Is bar service included?
No. You arrange bar service separately. You may hire a cash bar or a bartender to serve alcohol you provide. We are happy to provide you with a list of trusted professionals.
Are Saturdays available?
Yes! You can book a Saturday micro wedding during our November–early May season, subject to date availability.
Do we have to book lodging?
Can we choose our own caterer?
No. You can rent just the Loft for the day. On-site lodging is an optional addition, subject to availability and separate pricing.
