The Loft is a unique wedding venue for events with a modern, industrial feel... all tucked into the picturesque countryside of the Meadow Ridge Farm property.
With ample space to accommodate small groups of up to 75 guests, our gathering space is the ideal blank canvas for bringing your event to life.
The Loft is brand new to the Bangor, Maine area and will begin hosting events in 2025. Select dates are available.
The Loft is also available for existing couples to rent as a backup ceremony + cocktail hour location for all weddings booked in the Barn. It can be used to host large welcome dinners or farewell brunches during the weekend as well!

Can I rent the space for just one day?
What time of year can I book an event?
Now! We opened in spring 2025. The Loft is a great space for weddings, but also smaller events like business meetings, bridal showers, and other small events.
For the barn, no. For the Loft, yes! We can happily offer you a one-day rental. If you are interested in adding on lodging or time for decorating the day prior, we can certainly work with you.
Does this replace the barn?
Do you provide catering and bar?
Not at all. This is a massive upgrade to the property, and a huge bonus feature for couples who are hosting their reception in the barn. The Loft was designed to accommodate indoor ceremonies + cocktail hours in case of rain for our barn couples. Couples will also have the option to rent this space for welcome dinners and farewell brunches. Additionally, this space allowed us to renovate our bathrooms so that we now have ADA toilets in both the Men's and Women's restrooms.
No. We are a venue only property. If you choose to have alcohol at wedding, you would need to work with one of our preferred bar service professionals. You may hire whoever you like for catering (we have a list of professionals we know + trust!).

Rent just the space, with tables and chairs included.
Option to add evening prior (for decorating and rehearsal) or overnight lodging for an additional charge. Select dates only.
Corporate Space

Starting at $750
Non-wedding event, weekdays between the hours of 8am - 8pm. Seating for up to 75 is included. With mixed standing + seating, larger groups can be accommodated. Select dates only. AV equipment is available upon request. Catering provided through partnership businesses; inquire for details.

Non-wedding gatherings of less than 75 people. DIY catering is permitted, or choose from our catering partners. Perfect for bridal showers, baby showers, retirement parties, and more!

Meadow Ridge Farm is a barn venue in Midcoast / Central Maine that features a Ceremony Site next to the pond, The Red Barn for up to 150 guests, and on-site lodging for up to 24 guests between The Country Farmhouse and The Timber Cabin. For a modern + industrial vibe, the Wintergreen Loft can host 75 year-round or act as a rain-day backup plan for the ceremony and cocktail hour.
